I’m here to listen with empathy and help you through a difficult time, to help you with identifying negative thoughts and patterns, to collaborate with you and help you to pursue goals, and to provide education on ways to better cope and make positive changes in your life that will bring you to your higher, ideal self. Treating the following issues: codependency, relationships, self-esteem, adjusting to changes, crisis, history of abuse, and recovery from addiction/alcoholism. I work with clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, trauma/C-PTSD, substance abuse, and chronic medical problems.
I use an eclectic approach, implementing ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Grief Therapy, Strength’s Perspective, and Narrative Therapy.
My style is compassionate and supportive. I focus on listening and understanding, accompanying you through the process of healing and change. I am accepting adults (18+).
