Khalida Jahed, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has provided mental health services to children and adults since 2014. Khalida received her MSW from George Mason University and has since worked with children and adults across multiple settings including, schools, homes, and community mental health programs. She uses a client centered approach, tailoring therapy sessions around your specific and unique needs. Khalida has extensive experience with adolescent/teen issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, art and play therapy, relationship issues, self-esteem, and stress management. Khalida is based out of the Stevenson office providing services for children as young as 4 and adults. She is only offering telehealth appointments. Therapeutic modalities used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychotherapy.
