Dr. Oksana Zhurbich, Psy.D., is a Resident in Clinical Psychology who works with children, adolescents and adults experiencing
anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional dysregulation. She provides therapy from a collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented perspective while using evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Dr. Zhurbich earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University and has experience providing psychological services across a variety of clinical settings. She has worked with individuals presenting with a broad range of emotional and behavioral concerns and values creating an environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Her clinical interests include anxiety and OCD disorders, parenting anxious children, interpersonal and relationship dynamics, and helping individuals navigate periods of stress, uncertainty, and transition. She has specialty training in child and adolescent psychology and anxiety and related disorders.
Dr. Zhurbich believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is central to the healing process. She strives to help clients increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional resilience, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. Her approach emphasizes authenticity, curiosity, and practical growth while meeting clients with empathy and respect throughout the therapeutic process.
