Rachel Viola Ross, M.Ed, RIC

Viola is a resident in counseling and has been working in the mental health field for the past 2 years. She graduated from George Mason University with her Master's in Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her goal as a counselor is to provide a collaborative and mindful approach by using techniques such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed care. In her past experiences, she has worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, sexual assault/domestic violence, and served the LGBTQ+ populations. Viola works to create a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space for her clients to grow and learn more about themselves.

Viola works out of the Old Town and Stevenson offices.
