Tanisha Baker, LPC
I am a graduate of Marymount University with a Masters in School Counseling. I am currently an LPC working with children and families, adolescents, at-risk populations, teens, young adults and cultural backgrounds. I provide a welcoming environment with an empathic approach to meeting clients where they are. I believe in creating a safe and non judgemental therapeutic relationship, where clients can learn, grow, and achieve goals through the approaches of play therapy, reality therapy, solution-focused, CBT, positive psychology, family therapy, behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. I am interested in depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, child-parent relationship, anger, conduct disorders, gender identity, relationship concerns, and grief.
Tanisha is based out of our Stevenson and Old Town offices.
