John Frederick Gyampoh, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my master’s degree from George Mason University and have been in the field for nearly 7 years. I have a passion for supporting adults in their therapeutic journey.

I enjoy working with individuals to help navigate the challenges of life, whether they are personal, with family or peers. Some of my areas of interest include: depression, sleep problems, anxiety, transitions and adjustments, trauma, identity development, parenting skills, self-esteem and family communication.

I utilize various theoretical and individualized approaches, real-life experiences, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

John works out of our Stevenson office.
