Ms. Alexandra Frerotte, LCSW (Option 21), has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past 35 years. She has a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural background in medical and family social work. Her areas of expertise are Parent-Child relational problems, Academic Underachievement, Attention difficulties, and Reunification and Adjustment issues. Childhood and Adolescence are dynamic stages, both for parents and their children. During these times, both parents and children often experience a number of complex feelings which often leads to conflict in the family. She facilitates, guides, and teaches ways that are empowering and respectful for better communication and to learn skills that will be of help to manage their lives and help them to achieve their full potential. Ms. Frerotte is fluent in Spanish and is based out of our Old Town location.
Ms. Lindsay Mogard, LCSW (Option 22), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with nearly 10 years of experience in the mental health, substance abuse fields and community mental health. She has experience providing services to adults with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use and/or medical issues. Her areas of expertise are working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, court mandated treatment, women’s issues, borderline personality, LGBTQ, relationship problems, adjusting to changes, addiction and recovery, and crisis situations. She utilizes an eclectic approach that is client-centered and tailored to each individual’s specific needs and preferences. She uses an empathic and non-judgmental approach, which builds a trusting therapeutic relationship, to help you through a difficult time to make positive changes to better deal with life stressors in order to reach your life goals. She is available Tuesday mornings and weekday evenings at the Stevenson location.
Ms. Tracy Meyer, LCSW (Option 23), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in mental health and substance abuse treatment. Through her clinical experience, she has found using cognitive behavioral therapy along with an undertone of mindfulness works well to help clients achieve the goals they set. She is available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings in the Old Town office, and works primarily with individual adults.
Ms. Camilla Hendren, LCSW (Option 3), has 15 years of mental health experience and was licensed in 2009 (LCSW). As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she is here to listen with empathy and help you through a difficult time, to collaborate with you in identifying negative tapes and patterns, and to help you pursue goals and make positive changes in your life that will bring you to your higher, ideal self. Camilla specializes in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, borderline personality, relationships, self-esteem, LGBT, adjusting to changes, crisis, sexual abuse, addiction and recovery. Ms. Hendren is based out of our Alexandria offices (Old Town and Stevenson).
Majeed Abu Nimer, LCSW (Option 24) Mr. Majeed Abu Nimer received his MSW from Howard University and comes to the practice with more than 12 years of experience. He works with adults and teens of diverse backgrounds. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or adjustment to a new culture, he can help you manage daily issues. He can help you with stress management, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, career issues, and other struggles that affect your daily life and help you achieve your personal aspirations, growth and improve your life. Cultural adjustment is a unique challenge that many immigrants face. His unique experience can guide you in making a smooth cultural transition. To help you learn new ways to promote healing and desired change, Majeed uses a variety of integrated evidence based therapeutic interventions. They include cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, trauma recovery, motivational interviewing, and strength-based focused therapy. Mr. Abu Nimer is a bilingual therapist (English/Arabic) who works out of the Old Town & Stevenson offices.
Gail Cullinan, LCSW (Option 25)
Richard Roselli, LICSW (Option 26) is a a licensed clinical therapist in Virginia (LSCW) with over 22 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. He has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and substance abuse related issues. He has also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. His counseling style is warm, interactive and connecting. He believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and doesn’t deal in stigmatizing labels. Mr. Roselli’s approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and experiential counseling. He will tailor your dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to take the first steps towards such a positive change and if you are ready to take that step he is here to support and empower you as you work together to make your life more fulfilling and happier. Richard is based out of our Reston office starting 12/27/18. He also can provide ASL counseling.
Dr. Vienna Nightingale (Option 27)
Ms. Armaria Fleming, LCSW (Option 4), has been a licensed psychotherapist since the year 2000. Ms. Fleming employs a caring, compassionate, empathetic and creative approach in working with her clients. She has experience working with diverse populations and provides clinical services to children, adolescents and adults. Utilizing strength-based, solution focused treatment interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training and a milieu of additional therapeutic interventions, she will work collaboratively with you to establish and proactively accomplish your treatment goals while providing motivational clinical support and utilization of her professional expertise successfully acquired from years of experience as a psychotherapist. “Each one, reach one, teach one” is a quote she actively embraces as inspiration to guide her therapeutic work with clients. She works M-Thurs 10am-7pm at our Stevenson location.
Ms. Hyung Sook Kim, LPC (Option 5), is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with individuals and families to help them get unstuck and back on track to be more successful in life. She does this by educating her clients in ways and techniques to better deal with life stressors so they can create the life they want. She enjoys working with a variety of cases and sees her role as a guide with you on your journey. Specializing in adolescent, adult, couple, and family counseling, she has been working in the field for 17 years, licensed in Virginia for 6 years. Ms. Kim is fluent in Korean and based out of the Old Town & Stevenson offices.

Ms. Jivan May, LCSW (Option 7), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years experience in Mental Heath, Substance abuse, and Community Mental Health. She has experience working with adults with Co-occurring Disorders and Mental Illness. Her expertise include depression, anxiety, LGBTQ, Adjustment Disorders, Peer Relationships, Addiction and Stress. Jivan utilizes a non-judgmental psychosocial approach to treatment. She works Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 11am-7pm at our Stevenson location.
Haley Dodd, LPC, (Option 8) is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with children, families, and adults in both private and non-profit sectors of the mental health field.
She specializes in working with clients coping with trauma, issues of loss, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. She uses experiential somatic therapies and simple art process techniques with clients of all ages, as well as play therapy techniques with children. Using a person-centered and holistic approach, she is supportive, uses a collaborative experience, and incorporates knowledge of the mind-body connection to achieve growth and resolution of issues both past and present. She also seeks to assist clients in learning practical tools to cope with day-to-day stressors utilizing mindfulness and CBT. She is dedicated to helping her clients integrating past experiences with present circumstances and future goals, leading to deeper levels of overall healing and well-being. She will be based out of the Stevenson & Old Town offices
Amanda Long, LCSW, (Option 91), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10+ years of experience in delivering community mental health, forensic, and substance abuse treatment services. Areas of expertise include working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma related issues, addiction issues, relationship problems, and everyday stressors. She assists people with learning how to develop coping and communication skills. She is available Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at the Reston Location and Saturdays at the Stevenson location.

Ms. Ginny Snaider, LCSW (93), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience. She has worked with patients addressing adoption issues along with foster care families. She has experience working with life transitions, loss and grief, depression, anxiety and adjustment issues. She has worked in both hospital and nursing home settings as well as directly with individuals. She works with individuals and couples facing issues of aging, life adjustment, infertility, parenting, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. She creates a safe and trusting relationship with clients to enable them to thrive using her guidance and support. She works out of our Reston location Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Ms. Courtney Patti, LCSW (Option 94), is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in our Stevenson location who works with individuals, couples, and families. Along with experience treating patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, she has special knowledge working with military population (both service members and their families), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic medical, depression, and anxiety. Courtney is available Monday afternoons and Saturday for appointments at Stevenson.
Ms. Linda Kline-Lau, LPC (Option 95), is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has a passion for working with hurting people and a desire to help them resolve their core issues so that they can become all that they want to be. Her goal is to help people uncover the true sources of “the chains that bind them” and the pain each person carries so that they can be healed, break free, and live an abundant life. She utilizes a variety of techniques that include: Talk Therapy, CBT, Bibliotherapy, Play Art and Sand Tray Therapy techniques. Her areas of specialties include Marriage, Family, Couples, Depression, Anxiety, Death of a loved one, Loss through suicide, Eating disorders, Bariatric surgery counseling and support, ADHD, OCD, Anger management, Multicultural marriage and Life in a blended family. She is available for appointments at our Stevenson location.
Mr. Sean Graham, LCSW (Option 96), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with night and weekend appointments available in our Alexandria locations (Old Town and Stevenson). Counseling both adolescents and adults, Sean has gained over 20+ years of experience working in the Community Service Board (CSB). He believes in focusing on the here and now and how to make you live life to its fullest. His goal is to help you heal, while exploring and identifying personal goals to improve your life.
Ms. Takia Richardson, LCSW (Option 97), is a licensed social worker (MSW), who works in Alexandria (Old Town) on Saturday. Takia comes to the practice with more than 15 years’ experience and received her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. She received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore. She has practiced in outpatient and inpatient settings. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and works with adults with adjustment, anxiety, and mood disorders.
Ms. Debbie Triviso, LCSW (Option 98), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of professional experience working with a variety of populations to include work with both military and civilians. She is able to tailor treatment based on the needs of her clients and works with individuals and couples facing a wide variety of challenges to include trauma and abuse, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Debbie is part-time with our office, offering appointments at the Stevenson location in Alexandria.
Mr. Makoto Tanaka, LCSW, (Option 99), is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW & LICSW) in both Virginia and Washington DC. He started his career as a social worker in non profit community mental health agency in DC and helped many individuals who struggle with the multiple problems of mental health, homelessness, addiction, trauma, grief and loss. His wealth of experience and knowledge strengthen his ability to help you walk through difficult times and challenges we face everyday. He specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss and addiction and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and Brief Solution-focused Therapy. He has over 10 years of experience as a social worker. Makoto also offers services in Japanese. He is based out of our Stevenson office, offering Sunday and weekday evening hours.
