  • Developed the content for the 6 modules of S.M.I.L.E.S. The modules are: sleep, music, intimacy, laughter, enhanced appearance, and spirituality. The purpose of the company is to create a web based interactive healthcare site to enhance consumer health through behavioral change.  I was able to create vision statements and work plans for each of the modules toward the goal of behavioral change for our customers.
  • Worked together with the other managers to integrate the 12 different modules into our finished product. This also included working with the technological staff by assisting in the transition from content to technology.  We also worked together with graphic designers and e-learning specialists in the creation of a user friendly, interactive, and exciting end product.
  • Used high level technological products to include a Wiki shared site, Sharebuilder, Microsoft products (Excell, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint) and Blackberry (RIMM) based technology.

  • Provided outpatient diagnosis and assessment to Veterans in the Primary Care Behavioral Health Clinic in a fast paced walk-in clinic. The volume of clients exceed 200 patients per month.

This included the WISC-III, WAIS-III, Shipley Hartford and the Bender Gestalt.  Interpretations of data and written reports with treatment recommendations were generated.  Brief neurological screenings were also undertaken.  In addition, a team treatment approach was implemented to address patient needs.
