Ariel Stephens, LPC, LMHC

Ariel Stephens is a Licensed Professional Counselor who sees ages 10-65. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Bethune- Cookman University, Daytona Beach in 2014, and received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Washington DC in 2018. She has been Licensed in Florida since 2022 and recently Licensed in Virginia.

Ariel works with high performers to manage stress and avoid burnout. She can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. She uses a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. She uses reality therapy often to allow clients to explore their expectations and process what actually happened in order to grieve and make choices moving forward.

Ariel works out of the Old Town office.
