Dr. Nicole L. Anderson, LPC

Dr. Nicole L. Anderson has been providing clinical services for over 25 years. She specializes in working with various populations ages 4-65. She has provided school-based counseling, conducting individual psychotherapy and facilitating anger management, death and grieving, and self-esteem groups. She also provided home-based counseling specializing in behavior-related diagnoses, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, adjustment disorder, anxiety disorder, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, alcohol and substance abuse, and Asperger's Disorder.

Upon receiving her doctorate, Dr. Anderson did alcohol and substance abuse counseling, supervised up to 13 master's level clinicians, and conducted psychological evaluations. During this time, she co-facilitated both adolescent and young adult group counseling sessions.

Most recently, Dr. Anderson has worked with veterans providing individual and group psychotherapy while specializing in treating women with Military Sexual Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and substance abuse, and emotion regulation. Dr. Anderson also specializes in Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as evidence-based treatments that include Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and STAIR.
