Elaine DelBianco, LCSW
Elaine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Master of Social Work degree from George Mason University. Her clinical experiences include working with teens in foster care, providing psychiatric interventions in the ER, and facilitating groups in addiction and mental health programs. Elaine currently volunteers with Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS).
Elaine enjoys working with adults of any age, helping them find their best self amid life’s challenges. She believes everyone possesses a courageous human spirit and sometimes just needs guidance to find it. She enjoys helping clients rediscover their inner strengths and the possibilities that lead to healing and wholeness.
Elaine provides a supportive and collaborative environment using a variety of evidence-based treatments tailored to meet each client’s needs. She has been trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
