STAY TUNED: IN NEGOTIATION WITH OTHER INSURANCE PROVIDERS TO ACCEPT 1 (ONE) MORE MAJOR CARRIER.  TBD

Why does your practice not take my insurance?  We receive calls everyday from patients with many insurance companies we do not participate with.  The simple answer is that we do NOT have an agreed upon contract with these other carries.  My more difficult answer is WHY.  Many of these other insurance companies are unwilling to provide realistic reimbursement consistent to the market and area.  As such, the practice is unable to participate with these carriers.  If they can offer competitive and comparable rates, the practice would strongly consider joining the carrier.

What can you do?  We have to redirect you back to your insurance carrier for you to find an “in-network” provider which usually does not offer the availability and rapid scheduling our larger practice can offer.  We apologize we are unable to schedule you as out of network member UNLESS you have out of network benefits or  opt for the direct, private pay rate (cash/check/credit card).  We recommend directly contacting your insurance carrier or employer to advocate for access to affordable, quality mental health care.  Your carrier SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET YOU SCHEDULED WITH AN IN-NETWORK PROVIDER.  If not, they will need to expand their Network and some carriers will offer you special authorization to receive care on a case by case basis.  Please contact your carrier to see if this is an option.
