Individuals often reach out to therapists when life has presented them with significant challenges. By creating a caring, nonjudgmental and safe therapeutic relationship, clients can be empowered to create the life they want to lead. My goal is to meet each client where they are in life and provide them with skills and techniques to live a meaningful life. I approach all patients with a goal-oriented style by developing an action plan to work through these challenges. I have an extensive background working with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, postpartum depression and stress. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and psychodynamic approaches.
