She is committed to employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Self-Compassion strategies, to support clients on their journey toward healthy living and recovery. This compassionate framework prioritizes safety, empowerment, and healing, ensuring that clients feel understood and supported. Jessie enjoys working with adults and older adolescents facing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, familial conflict, relationship challenges, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, and work-life balance.
