Kelly Flanagan, Psy.D.
Dr Flanagan has been in the psychology field since 1985. She worked with children and adolescents in residential treatment before earning her Master's and PsyD. After receiving her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2001, she worked in private practice for several years before working the last 6 years on a military base in the UK with active duty military members and their families. Dr Flanagan's primary orientation is Cognitive Behavioral; however, she uses a variety of approaches to best fit each client's needs. Primary interests are working with adults with anxiety, depression, phase of life issues, and relationship issues. She also has extensive experience in working with the LGBTQIA community. Dr Flanagan views psychotherapy as a collaborative process in which she helps support clients in their healing journey.
Dr Flanagan works out of the Reston office
