Hayley Dodd is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with children, families, and adults in both private and non-profit sectors of the mental health field. She specializes in working with clients coping with trauma, issues of loss and change, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. She brings a background of expertise in using experiential somatic therapies and simple art process techniques with clients of all ages, as well as play therapy techniques with children. I use a person-centered and integrative approach, utilizing the therapeutic relationship as a supportive and collaborative experience.
I use a holistic approach that incorporates the mind-body connection to achieve change, growth, and resolution of both past and present issues. I can also assist clients in learning practical tools to cope with day-to-day stressors with mindfulness and C.B.T.
I am dedicated to helping clients find their unique path toward integrating past experiences with present circumstances and future goals, to achieve deeper levels of overall healing and well-being.
