I wanted to share with you my appreciation and satisfaction with the leadership and administration team at Dr. Goldberg & Associates. I started as a part-time contractor in January 2024 and Malki quickly started working with me to submit all documents for insurance panels. The process was so easy and she always kept me informed on the status of the process. She did with so much patience as this was my first time going through this process with insurance companies and we all know how much they ask!
Moriah, Amanda, and Carissa have been such an excellent team onboarding me, being available (even on an early Saturday/Sunday and even later!). Amanda has made herself available for me since I started taking clients to answer any questions, brainstorm any clinical situations, and scheduling me in her busy schedule whenever I may need the extra support. Carissa has been a great support at Washington as well, making herself available during the weekends for any questions I may have.
The admin team is so responsive, they are quick to help me navigate any logistical or support needed with calling clients, sending communication to clients, or help me organize by providing any supplies I may need. I cannot say or thank them enough for all they have done to help me on the onboarding process. On my first day at Stevenson, the admin team was so welcoming making me feel already part of the team and asked if I needed anything to make my first day go smooth.
Overall, I’m grateful to be part of this team and wanted to let you know that as a new provider, your leadership and admin team have been an excellent support since day one. I cannot ask for another agency to work for, it’s so easy to do my job when I know and feel that the leadership and administrative team are there to help me navigate any situation. Everyone is always smiling and asking me if I need anything from them. 🙂

Your support really makes a difference. You’ve been amazing at handling the schedules, keeping up with client communications, and making sure all the paperwork is sorted.
