If you have an outstanding balance and need to discuss a payment arrangement, please contact our team by email at [email protected].

Payment Options

Dr. Goldberg & Associates accepts several forms of payment, which may include:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • HSA cards
  • FSA cards
  • Checks
  • Cash
  • Online payments through our payment portal

Availability of particular payment methods may depend on the type of charge or service.

Insurance & Patient Responsibility

Dr. Goldberg & Associates participates with several major insurance plans. However, having insurance does not necessarily mean that your insurance company will cover the full cost of your care.

Depending on your individual benefits, you may be responsible for a:

  • Copay
  • Deductible
  • Coinsurance
  • Non-covered service
  • Administrative or documentation fee
  • Other amount determined to be patient responsibility

Your insurance company ultimately determines how a claim is processed and what portion of the service is your responsibility.

If you have questions about your specific insurance benefits, you may also want to contact the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
